Symbolism description of the jubilee breast medal “30 years of Independence of Ukraine”

The obverse of the medal depicts the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine above the background of a sheaf of wheat, which is a symbol of the desire for a happy and rich life. Tongues of flame set fire to a sheaf from the eastern side – a symbol of aggression that impedes the peaceful development of Ukraine. In general, the symbols used emphasize that the 30th anniversary of Independence is taking place at a time of difficult trials for the state.
The reverse of the medal bears the inscription “30 years of Independence of Ukraine”.
All images on the medal are embossed.
